Cake and old tales

Once a local school in a thriving community, the Bog Field Centre along with the old Miner’s Arms is all that remains of the Bog. Ample parking, a drop off on the shuttle, or a convenient resting place for walker, runner or cyclist make the Visitor Centre one of the highlights of any visit to the Stiperstones.

The cakes are great, tea or coffee in generous mugs or cold drinks from the fridge. There are local artists work available to buy and a wealth of information about this old mining village.
