We’ve had some snow already so it must be nearly Dawdle or Dash time. By our reckoning it is 47 years since the first outing, never missed (except for lock down) and looking forward to another outing. Tim’s record still stands from 2006, no one has been inside 21 minutes since.
The usual this year enter on-line but pay on the day, in case Christmas Day takes its toll. No price increase £5 runners and £10 families – but our collection boxes are always rattling if you can afford a bit more.
Come early, car share if possible, follow the parking signs and spare a thought for our marshals from the mining club at the summit.
